Mr. Anderson advises clients on U.S. patent prosecution, post-allowance strategies and on patent prosecution in foreign jurisdictions. He has experience preparing product clearance, invalidity and non-infringement analyses and opinions, as well as drafting and prosecuting patent applications.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Anderson was a U.S. Navy Submarine Officer for five years. He supervised training and maintenance schedules and daily operations of the engineering department on a nuclear powered submarine. He is certified as a naval nuclear engineer.

Following his naval service, he attended Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, Florida, graduating in the top one percent of his class. He was a Dean’s Scholar and on the Florida Coastal Law Review.
