Mr. Meunier specializes in preparing and prosecuting domestic and international patent applications and preparing non-infringement and invalidity opinions for clients in the chemical, pharmaceutical and medical device industries. Mr. Meunier also has extensive experience in reexamination and reissue practice.
Mr. Meunier has experience in various technological areas including polymers, pesticides, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, nonwovens, medical devices, paints and coatings, biofuels, electrochemistry, nanoparticles, inks, fly ash chemistry, drug delivery systems, genetically modified crops, adhesives, bone grafting materials, lithium battery active materials, asphalt formulations, pulp and paper chemistry, orthopedic braces, coaxial cables, and fiber optics.
Mr. Meunier has lectured on various topics of intellectual property law including post-grant amendment of patent claims, foreign filing strategies and prosecution, trade secrets, patent searching strategies, and maintaining inventorship records.
