Ms. Simpson focuses her practice on domestic and foreign patent prosecution in the chemical, pharmaceutical and semiconductor fields. She assists in intellectual property litigation and opinion work.

Ms. Simpson previously was an associate at Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Dunner, LLP. She graduated magna cum laude from Georgia State University College of Law.

She has a B.S. degree in chemical and biomolecular engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Ms. Simpson does pro bono work for various organizations in the metro Atlanta area, including educational neglect cases for the Truancy Intervention Project of Georgia and court-annexed mediation for landlord-tenant disputes in the Fulton County Municipal Court.
